Tomorrow they may sell judgement.

Not because knowledge disappears… because everyone has access to it.

The premium shifts from knowing… to understanding.

Mind Workers

Perhaps the most valuable people in the AI age will not simply be knowledge workers.

They will be Mind Workers.

  • People who combine
  • experience,
  • creativity,
  • critical thinking,
  • ethics,
  • imagination,
  • and judgement

with abundant artificial intelligence.

Conclusion
